About Changa Bell
Changa Bell serves as a Life Design Consultant at Johns Hopkins University and brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and human-centered learning. His work integrates lived experience with evidence-informed practice to help people and organizations move from pressure and uncertainty toward clarity, purpose, and sustainable growth.
My Mission
I help individuals, leaders, and organizations gain coherence, clarity, and alignment. I provide system change and tools that teach people how to put values into action, cultivate resilience under pressure, and design their lives and organizations so that they are sustainable, intentional, and whole.
Transformation begins within; it is human-centered, and it does not end there. When people lead themselves well, the impact ripples outward—into families, institutions, and the world they influence.
My Approach
I work with individuals, leaders, and institutions who are navigating complexity, transition, pressure, or misalignment, and who are ready to respond with intention rather than reactivity.
I integrate evidence-based coaching, contemplative practice, and leadership development tools to support whole-person and team change. This means I don’t just talk about insight, I help you build the internal capacity to act, and consistently usher it into being.
Over the past two decades, my work has supported people and organizations across life stages and systems — from high-performing scholars and emerging leaders to C-suite executives.
Because organizations are expressions of the people within them, my work focuses on building systems rooted in core values, strengthened by resilience, and led with intention rather than urgency.

Throughout my journey, one thing has remained constant: my unrelenting belief in human potential.
My work is not shaped by theory and pedagogy alone. It is shaped by lived experience—in transformation, health, mindfulness, and leadership. These experiences inform every program, conversation, and space I facilitate.
